A former sanatorium opened by King Edward VII has been converted into a luxury estate complete with a swimming pool, gym and tennis court.
The estate in Midhurst, West Sussex was once home to hundreds of tuberculosis patients, who were sent there to benefit from the fresh air and beautiful garden setting.
